Yes, as a courtesy, our support staff will move your account from your old host. This can only be done if you are moving from a host that was using a cPanel control panel. Account moves will be completed within 12 hours of your initial request.

A full backup and restore will require a full backup of the account in a .tar.gz format to be uploaded to your account, at this point our staff can restore the backup from the server's command line. You can request a full backup of your site from your host or you can download or FTP a full backup via the account's cPanel.

Account migrations almost always restore the account settings, emails, databases, etc. However, we cannot guarantee that all of the data will be complete and RelyHost is not responsible for incomplete moves.

Please remember that you will need to update your database and script configurations to your new account settings.
