These types of websites tend to consume large amounts of bandwidth and/or server resources which would not be in the best interest of the large majority of our clients.

However, if you are the official copyright owner of the mp3's or software files and wish to provide them to your visitors, this is permitted with the exception that you must enable hotlinking which prevents external downloads or linking to your files direct from 3rd party sites or individuals. Your visitors must come to your website to download the files or mp3's.
